"Dixie" Wingard

Smith is looking for an MP friend of his from about 60-years ago in
Seattle, WA. Norm only remembers him as "Dixie" Wingard. Dixie is
the middle person in the left photo. Norm is on the right and he
does not remember the name of the man on the left. The right photo
is of Dixie, presumably in Basic Training. Norm believes Dixie went
to Korea.
